Our team will send you a summary of your credit report and provide a thorough discussion called the credit analysis. This will include all the negative items listed on your credit reports such as Charge off, Collections, Late Payment, Bankruptcy, Inquiries and a lot more.
You will receive an email with a link to our online portal. This will be your personal account where you can track the progress of the items being disputed. You will also have an option to send support a message and submit documents through this online portal.
During this stage, you will have access to customer support through email and phone calls. If you have any questions or clarifications
with the steps, our customer support will help you.
Our team will prepare the letters to be sent to the bureaus as soon as you submit all the requirements. The requirements are the Proof of SSN, Valid ID and Proof of Address. A government mandated form will be included to aggressively challenge the bureaus in validating the items you confirmed to be disputed.
